Information Technology is a tool for poverty eradication, employment opportunities, and education facilitation…we formerly had something known as a digital divide but now it is THE EQUALIZER – John Ulanga
We are stuck at a place where we are scared of training others because we believe they will go elsewhere after that. We need to structure our frameworks well enough to dodge this mindset – John Hanti.
Pictured is Mr. Evans Mlelwa Director of PhilipMorris International Tanzania talking to the Ambassador, our main speaker about a topic that really got his attention – The Fourth Industrial Revolution.
After a most wonderful dialogue, here are some of our attendees winding down and networking.
The breakfast stays constant, a lovely mix of hot and cold intercontinental dishes!
“There is a difference between IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Emotional Intelligence is the ability to relate objectively with people so as to maximize your strength and minimize your weakness.
